Dry construction

Dry construction is the modern way of finishing interiors and is used in interior finishing work in construction:

• various types of gypsum and cardboard panels on lightweight metal or wooden constructions;

• in conjunction with insulation materials, it meets the highest requirements for the comfort of living;

• an entirely “dry” installation means that the materials already built in are not exposed to humidity, which is particularly important in predominantly wooden roof structures;

• the low weight of dry installation structures means that there is no additional load on load-bearing constructions;

• there is a minimum amount of dirt and amount of time required, which means that dry installation can be completed with very little nuisance to occupants;

• occupants can move into the finished rooms immediately;

• for bathrooms, we use water resistant gypsum boards on which ceramic tiles can be laid in accordance with the client’s wishes;

• fire resistant panels provide a high level of fire safety, even as high as F-90 (90 minutes of fire resistance); the gypsum board surface is painted with regular interior wall paints, which means that the boards are cheaper to maintain than wooden surfaces and the living environment is more pleasant.
