IMPROVING FARMLAND AND MACADAM ROADS THROUGH CRUSHING

THE USE OF A STONE CRUSHER IN AGRICULTURE
A tractor-mounted stone crusher can be used to treat the top soil level and crush any large stones and small tree stumps, thus transforming a previously unusable field into arable land for a vineyard, grove of trees, meadow or pasture.
Any land treated with a stone crusher becomes more homogenous, holds moisture for longer and enables the steady and uniform growth of plants. The minerals released from crushed stones add further nutrients to the soil.

THE USE OF A STONE CRUSHER IN CONSTRUCTION

A stone crusher can be used to crush leftover material from construction sites, which can then be applied to macadam roads or forest trails.
By reusing material in this way, we save money and help the environment, since the material is not dumped in a landfill.

MAINTAINING MACADAM ROADS

There are still many macadam roads in Slovenia and they require constant maintenance, particularly after heavy rains. The same goes for farm trails between fields and forest roads. A stone crusher can be used very effectively to repair these roads.
Using a tractor-mounted crusher, the road surface can be treated several time until the desired material structure is achieved. Then the road is flattened with a grader and compacted to make it more durable. The durability of the road can be further increased by providing and maintaining drainage. By using environmentally friendly binding substances to further compact the material, the durability is increased to several years.
